Loyalty

AmberLeaf’s extensive experience with Customer Loyalty programs has allowed us to streamline the up-front planning and strategy phases for Loyalty initiatives, as well as the back-end execution of the programs. We have worked with the “historically” loyalty focused industries such as telecommunications and retail but also in the verticals “new” to Loyalty like media, manufacturing and B-to-B.

Our Customer Loyalty Accelerator program offers companies and end-to-end solution in 5-10 weeks. This complete solution includes:

  • Customer Analysis. Leveraging existing research, we will provide detailed recommendations for your Loyalty Strategy that are based on customer behavior and deep-dive customer analysis.
  • Loyalty Program Design. After thoroughly reviewing your current corporate, product, brand, and marketing direction, you will receive Loyalty specific recommendations that align with your other strategic initiatives.
